Research On China’s Clean Governance Construction During The New Period Through The Angle Of Marx And Engel’s Clean Governance Thought

At present, Marx and Engels’s clean governance thought has an important instructive significance for us to launch the clean governance. This essay begins with the forming process of Marx and Engels’s clean governance thought, by analyzing its main contents and reviewing the achievements and problems during the construction of the clean governance since the reform and opening up in China, and we try to explore some effective measures to improve the construction of China’s clean governance. This essay includes six parts as follow:The first part involves the theoretical origin and practical basis of Marx and Engels’s clean governance thought. This thought is based on the early exploration of the clean governance construction in the ancient Greece, the theologized development of the clean governance construction thought during the Middle Ages, the further development during the Renaissance period and later, the systematic elaboration in the capitalist period, and it was finally built through the experience of the Paris commune revolutionary practice.The second part elaborates the main contents of Marx and Engels’s clean governance thought. Marx and Engels thought that, corruption came along with the private ownership, so the Paris Commune still had to pay attention to the clean governance construction during the transition from a class society to a class-less society. Subsequently, Marx and Engels put forward with concrete measures of the clean governance construction for the ruling party, and this mainly included building the civil servants’public servant consciousness, establishing a low-cost government and supervising the public power.The third part insists that, clean governance construction in China is an inevitable requirement for us to stick to the socialist road. The orderly proceeding of socialist political, economic and cultural construction demands that we must pay attention to the clean governance construction.The fourth part analyses the achievements and reasons of the clean governance construction in China during the new period. Since the reform and opening up, China has realized remarkable achievements for the clean governance construction, that is, we have inherited and developed Marx and Engels’s clean governance thought, and constructed the initial clean governance construction system. And all these should be attributed to our paying attention to the clean governance construction and the experience of foreign countries’effective measures during their corruption governance.The fifth part clarifies our existing problems and analyses the reasons of the clean governance construction in our country during the new period. By affirming these achievements, we also should be aware of that there still exist problems during the process. To study these problems and their reasons will be helpful for us to strengthen the clean governance construction.And the sixth part states the concrete measures for strengthening the clean governance construction in our country. Through the analysis on the achievements and problems, this essay tries to put forward with some effective measures.
