The Marxist Happiness View

ABSTRACT: Happiness is an eternal theme for human society. In today’s society, along with the rapid development of scientific technology, the way that people live also has undergone huge changes, and the traditional ideas gradually be broken. Especially now, our country is in the key period of reform and opening up, society is going on the transformation hugely. People feel confused about the concept of happiness, the word happiness sometimes appears to be vain and pale. Today people are living in a society that satisfy them basic needs of material. People have ability to reconsider what is true happiness and to chase what kind of happiness. But it often lacks of direction and a kind of happiness, and that is the Marxist view discussed in this paper. This paper based on the Marxist basic theory and methods. First of all, the paper thoughts back the eastern and western’s main happiness in human history, and states the produce process with Marxist view.Then it interprets the science reasonable and characteristics of the Marxist view. After that, it analyzes the basic point of the happy thoughts from the historical materialism of Marx. At last, the paper discusses the problems and the main causes in people’s happiness view based on the contemporary social background. At the same time, it further discusses how to live with right attitude and reaches higher realm of life so as to achieve the life happiness.
