Investigation On Constructing Clean Government For Judicial System

Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to theconstruction of ideology,organization and work style. The political party, whichtransform the seizure of power into socialist construction, demands to improve theability of govern. The mission of judicial system, established in accordance with thelaw, is safeguard social fairness and justice. The most importance is that how tomaintain an excellent work style and practice a clean government. With the constantimprovement these years, judicial system of constructing clean government hasachieved significant results. but it still has some judicial corruption so that thesituation of improving the Party’s work style is still grim. The author has researcheddeeply the subject of constructing clean government for judicial system andcompleted this master’s thesis. First of all,This thesis summarized Marxist theory andthe theory of honest government of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, HuJintao and other leaders, and accordingly obtained theoretical source of judicialintegrity. Secondly,this thesis reviewed the historical process and its experience froma macro perspective, and summarized the content and significance. Third, this paperhas analyzed the problems of the current judicial system of grass-roots partyorganizations. In accordance with the relevant policies and information obtainedthrough research, the author proposed specific solutions for the problems of thejustice system honest government: strengthen the ideological and moral education ofParty members, improve the supervision mechanism of power, and strengthenintensity of the punishment of corruption. Finally, the author hope that theseconclusions and countermeasures could be beneficial to the current judicial systemfor clean government.
