Research On The Property Insurance Objects For Transferring

The new insurance law will be carried out in Oct1,2009, which was amended and passed in Feb28,2009by the eleventh People’s Congress Standing Committee. The new insurance law has an outstanding performance in maintaining the fair of the parties. The new law makes a great amendment, especially in the term of the subject of property insurance’s transformation, the terms will help the parties to resolve their problems.This article selects the transformation of the property insurance as a topic, compares the amendment of insurance law in property transfer insurance object specifies changes, aims to provide a better understanding of the purpose and significance of the revision.This article was composed by three sections.
