In the context of a market economy, individual determination freedom receives more and more respect in society. Therefore one of the main ways contracts are established is by according to the parties’individual determination freedom. And Reward Advertisement was bred in this background. Citizens often resort to Reward Advertisement when they cannot accomplish by themselves independently. However, dispute cases about Reward Advertisement emerged in endless because of this high degree of individual freedom. Although many cases are more similar, the results are completely different.In order to reduce disputes in Reward Advertisement, maintain the market economic order, and make this free trade conduct in an order way, nature of the acts in Reward Advertisements must be defined and evaluated qualitatively and objectively. Combined with other similar cases, this paper focuses on a typical Reward Advertisement dispute case which had caused a lot of controversy at that time. The typical case in this paper was analyzed thoroughly, while controversial theoretical points like the nature of Reward Advertisement, differences between Reward Advertisement and position of vulnerability, and whether Reward Advertisement was contrary to public morality. All those have a view to provide legal bases on identification of Reward Advertisement cases for our country in the future.
