The youth volunteer activity appears after the reform and opening up, rapidly develop under the push of government department. In order to adapt to the change of the social situation at home and abroad, under the sponsorship of central committee of the communist youth league and the leadership of the school Youth league committee at all levels, college volunteers activities flourish as mushroom growth. University volunteer organization, however, is lack of independence Volunteer service is short of incentive mechanism, and without corresponding capital source. So the volunteer service cannot keep a long-term development. Many authors have invested the matter and suggested relevant countermeasures and advices.In some parts of southern China and part of central China areas, the universities and college students often participate in a kind of volunteer service called "work camp". They go to Hansen’s disease (leprosy) rehabilitation village or mountain schools and they sleep and eat under the same roof. And they help service object to do engineering construction and community support activities. These college students’volunteers set themselves up the school board for self-management, and under the networked guidance and management of NGO in Guangzhou, namely "JIA". This is a launched by the NGO, bottom-up development of volunteer service organization model. At the present time, the research on that volunteer service model of high school is relatively few. The paper is the supplementary to the context of researchThis paper is a case study, using social science of qualitative research method. The author as the participant and the observer, after getting prior informed consent, precedes the observations and semi-structure interviews with the college students who are participated in the work camp volunteer service and come from the four major universities in Guilin area and Hechi University. Under the perspective of the theory of emotional ceremony and Mechanism theory of emotional power, the author describes their emotion experience during their participations in the work camp, analysis how volunteer action would translate into volunteers’emotion in the work camp volunteers, and promotes unity of the group and help them to get the support from the society, and then maintains the volunteer action. The author try to make the preliminary explanation: between2009and2011, what is emotional experience between college students of four universities in Guilin and Hechi University? And how is it formed between each other. What is the reason of the work camp volunteer activities can continue.The emotion experience between volunteers is the emotionality supportive process which builds inside of especially interactive model of work camp and between volunteers with service objects and volunteers. Emotional support is happening in the organized volunteer action, promoting the social unity in volunteer groups, boosting and maintaining volunteer actions.There already have some existed pertinent literatures focusing on the college volunteer activities under the leadership of the Communist Youth League organizations, which belongs to the voluntary service mode of "top-down initiation, top-down popularization ". The exploration, however, about the University volunteer activities under the "bottom-up initiation, bottom-up popularization" mode is relatively few. The innovation of the paper is the supplementary to context of research.
