Group Work Intervention Into Younger Elderly Volunteer Service Dilemma

Under the background of the aging of the population,in response to national calls for active aging,meet the needs of the social participation of old people,and achieve the goal of making elders enjoy achievement and entertainment,the author carries on the empirical research for problems of the young old volunteer service in Yong Lin community.During the study,the author mainly uses the methods and skills of group work,through the analysis of the plight of community elderly volunteer service exists,in the form of group activities,to integrate the community resources,and help the community elderly volunteers form a community elderly volunteer organizations,to expand their social support networks,to improve the volunteer service ability,realize their self value,and finally promote the healthy development of the community elderly people.The author hope that through this study,on the one hand,for social work intervention in elderly volunteer service problems,explore a set of effective ways to promote the development of related theory in social work skills;The other also for other related research to provide some reference for elderly volunteer service problems,to speed up the realization of active aging target.
