| Financial work plays a very important role in the construction of harmonioussociety in China, which also is responsible for the country’s financial supervisionand management and distribution. It organizes national financial revenue,predominates China’s public finance system establishment. But at present, in thecontext of rapid growth of fiscal revenue, fiscal personnel’s occupation moralconstruction is particularly necessary. Together with the" CPC Central Committee’sresolution on several important issues in strengthening the construction ofsocialist spiritual civilization "coming on stage, the construction of spiritualcivilization has been put on the schedule. Strengthening occupation moralconstruction, correct industry unwholesome tendencies become an important taskof financial personnel occupation moral construction.Firstly the author sorted out occupation moral and related concepts andanalysis current situation of China’s financial staff. Generally speaking,high-quality financial persons occupy the mainstream, but corruption occurs fromtime to time. Problems such as power-money deals, unscientific project, andimperfect supervision still exist. Therefore, it is imperative that harmoniousfinance be constructed. Good occupation moral of financial personnel can greatlypromote the process of building harmonious finance. Reasonable enrichment offinancial personnel can promote finance’s benign loop; financial personnel’s therational spending can promote the harmonious development of society and finance;financial personnel’s reform with keen determination can promote the establishmentof public finance system; finance personal’s effective supervision can improvefinancial system and management standard. Taking this as the starting point, theauthor concluded that under the background of the construction of harmonioussocialism society in China, the occupation moral of financial persons plays a keyrole in the construction of harmonious finance. |
