| The investigating crimes of taking advantage of duty, the important content of law supervision which is exercised by procuratorial organs, which is the important approach to prevent and punish corruption. The unique "one-on-one" mode, the crime of taking advantage of duty preserve, has challenged the detecting work. So, according to the special need of detecting the crimes of taking advantage of duty, being established in the national conditions of our country and the state of legislation, how to change the way of handling a case which just only depend on "one mouth,one pen", become the contemporary issues of practice and theory of detecting the crimes of taking advantage of duty. This paper, which is based on stating the conception,characteristics,principle and value of detecting technology on the internet and combine characteristics of the crimes of taking advantage and the investigating that crimes, preliminarily research the application of detecting technology of the internet on crimes of taking advantage of duty. |
