Research On Ecological Civilization Construction Ideology Of Chinese Communist Party Since Reform And Open-up

With the development of economy and society, global ecological problem growing and human environmental awareness awaking, ecological problem become more and more concerned about. Furthermore, environmental and resources constraints force to continued economic development make every government realize the importance of ecological construction. Ecological civilization construction is not only a propaganda, but also a practice of every government. The development level of ecological civilization has been an important standard of measuring one nation’s comprehensive strength, scientific level and economic society. As a developing country with a large population and poor per capita resources, since opening-up and reform, the Chinese Communist Party has been emphasizing the environmental protection and rational use of resources, from Deng Xiaoping’s planting trees to Hu Jintao’s, General Secretary of CCP, scientific concept of development and specific requirements of ecological civilization construction, which reflect that CCP have gradually realized the importance of ecological civilization construction, not only in system, law and organization setting but also policy and technical support.Based on the theory of Marxist ecological thoughts as the instruction, beginning from the analysis of the connotation of ecological civilization and introduction of the background, after introducing the basic theory of Marxist philosophy, ancient ecological thought and Western Ecological Thought, gradually combines the leadership cores’of the CCP the ecological thought development course since opening-up and reform and discourse in detail the specific content and significance of ecological civilization construction.This article falls into five parts. The first one introduce the concept and features of ecological civilization, discussing the ecological civilization construction’s strategic position in the social construction.The second one introduce the background and theoretical era of the CCP’s ecological civilization ideology, with more detailed description of the international and domestic environment, showing more straightforward the historical inevitability of ecological civilization construction. The third part emphasize the formation process of the CCP’s ecological civilization construction since the opening-up and reforms, during which this article will divide more than30years of opening-up and reforms of the CCP’s ecological civilization construction ideology into a starting-developing-maturing three stages, elaborating the growth process of ecological civilization construction during different periods of the CCP. The*fourth one is mainly analyses the content of ecological civilization construction, showing the whole picture of the CCP’s ecological civilization construction, from the guiding ideology, basic needs, goals, the basic methods, political, security and the path to realize. The fifth one summarize the significance of the CCP’s ecological civilization construction. The CCP’s ecological civilization construction is suitable and appropriate during the right time, which fully reflects the basic principles of Marxist ecological ideology, the CCP’s advanced nature of ruling consciousness, and the CCP accurately grasping discipline of socialist construction and human development.
