Jiangxi Province Physical Fitness Status Investigation And Research

Objective:to promote enrollment institutions reform and enhance the cadets’physical fitness reserves during the two years, to provide the reference for the test unit setting curriculum scientifically, and to provide theoretical support for jail police cadets’long-term physical training.Methods:A cluster sampling method,97students taking classes from Jiangxi Vocational College of Judicial Police prison reform enrollment, taking118in-school students, and then extracted73front-line guards from Jiangxi Province in the prison system serving as a research sample, using the indicators and data that is obtained from questionnaires and physical tests, and the test project is in accordance with "Jiangxi prison police fitness test standards". The paper process data with the corresponding SPSS12.0and EXCEL software, the test indicators cross-comparison analysis; for trainees in the school guards the true physical fitness.Results:According to statistical analysis found that male and female officers in the police academy trainees learn during the two years of training did not increase but decreased physical performance, and there are significant differences; guards students and the results of fitness tests in school and graduate school into existence more the reverse change, a rising one in the fall, prison guards and in-service trainees for physical performance comparison of front-line police have a certain gap, but not significantly. Conclusion:The physical fitness of trainees for prison guards can not be optimistic, affecting the physical development of many factors, personal factors, interest, facilities factors, curriculum factors, the importance of extra-curricular activities and leadership are the result of prison guards and other trainees for physical fitness are not well development of the main reasons. Therefore, arrangements should be science curriculum, to improve the hardware facilities, and conduct various forms of extra-curricular activities to enhance students’physical guards results possible.
