Under the background of deepening national defense and military reform,physical fitness training,as the cornerstone of military training,is both an opportunity and a challenge.In order to carry out the reform smoothly and realize the dream of a strong military,military physical fitness training is particularly important for officers and soldiers.At present,the artillery's fighting form and environment put forward high requirements on the artillery soldiers' physical ability,which requires them to have good strength quality,speed quality,agility quality and endurance quality.Based on the portion of the army artillery soldiers physical ability training as the research object,some 200 artillery soldiers as investigation object,and choose the artillery six BaoBan 24 people in a row,artillery has six BaoBan 24 human subjects,experiment research,artillery soldiers physical training purpose is to provide feasible Suggestions and specific training methods and means,improve the level of physical fitness and physical examination artillery fighter combat.In this paper,the physical training of artillery soldiers is studied by means of literature,questionnaire,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.Research conclusion:1.Artillery soldiers need speed,agility,strength and other qualities for physical fitness in combat.Specifically,the coordinated boarding of the artillery squad mainly requires the artillery soldiers to have the speed quality of acceleration and sprint,the sensitive quality of sharp stop and turn,the explosive power of lower limbs,the basic strength of lower limbs and other strength qualities.The loading shell mainly needs the artillery soldier to have the strong upper extremity explosive force and the upper extremity basic strength and so on strength quality.2.The physical fitness training of artillery forces is conducted according to the content and time stipulated in the military physical training and assessment outline.However,the physical fitness training plan is not systematic,the content is relatively simple and old,and the combination with the artillery major is lacking.3.The special physical training plan and means of the experimental group have obvious effects on the artillery's performance improvement in the coordinated boarding and loading of the artillery,which is more in line with the actual combat requirements of the artillery.The main training means are 30 meters sprint run with combat dressing,squat with heavy load(shell),jump ammunition box,quick start and emergency stop and turn with combat dressing,simulation of shell transportation and loading,simulation of shell fast support,which can be used as its training means.4.The physical training plan and means of the experimental group have a significant effect on the improvement of the speed,agility and strength quality of artillery soldiers,and can be used as the training means of the actual physical fitness of artillery soldiers and the physical fitness examination contents of 100 m,10m X5 and pull-up which are closely related to the artillery.As for endurance quality,the improvement effect of army endurance training on the endurance quality of artillery soldiers is more significant,so the endurance training plan and means of the army can be continued.
