From the demotic point of view, the Chinese civilian political thought can be divided into three factions, people-oriented, un-people-oriented and anti-people-oriented. The textual key point is discussing the people-oriented political thought. The people-oriented thought has very political character within the Chinese national political culture, which encourage the people-oriented. People-oriented thought was from the sentence "People is the foundation of the country", The Classic of History. During the Spring and Autumn warring state period, under the disordered situation there were many politicians and thinkers show up. They revealed the open mind, great political ambition and established the ideal social order. The people-oriented political thought was carried forward by the Confucianism and has the call in the China political thought all along; for a certain extent, the Confucian people-oriented political thought can be the representative of the China political culture as well. The Confucian people-oriented political thought was derived from Master, established by Mencius; Xunzi was one representative of the Confucianism either. In the time of the feudalistic society, the despotism became flourishing. Nevertheless, the opinion of "people is the foundation of the country" still exist; until Sun Zhongshan put forward the Three People’s principle, thereby the people-oriented thought get the real way out. As a enormous influence factor of China political and philosophical thought, the Confucian people-oriented political thought is beneficial to the modern socialism contribution. Today we can dialectically carry forward the essence of the Confucian people-oriented political thought, make it profitable to the society development and country’s prosperity.This article starts from the Confucian people-oriented political thought; focus on its background, theoretical meaning and the impact of the China feudalistic society; also combine with the Mr. Hu’s "peaceful society, people first" thought, give Confucian people-oriented political thought a new time value.
