The tort committed by several persons without meaning connection isa rather complex issue, which causes a lot of controversies in bothacademic and practical fields. The provisions of Tort Liability Law makethe tort committed by several persons without meaning connection risefrom the definition in a theoretical way to a legal concept, which alsobrings more research area. The paper includes three parts: introduction,main text and conclusion.Chapter1is the outline of the system about the tort committed byseveral persons without meaning connection. In this part, the author bringsforth the definition of the tort committed by several persons withoutmeaning connection and analyzes its elements, and gives definitions aboutthe two controversial aspects: meaning connection and one and singleinjury. Chapter2is the comparative analysis of the law of the tortcommitted by several persons without meaning connection. In this part,the author introduces the relevant rules abroad, especially introduces thelatest research work in Europe and America. In Chapter3, it concernsabout the institutional evolvement in legislation in our country about thetort committed by several persons without meaning connection, taking aspecial consideration into the present legislation. Chapter4is the liabilityassumption of the tort committed by several persons without meaningconnection. In this chapter, it compares various modes of classification and chooses the reasonable mode. Next, it reasons things out and analysesthem rationally and scientifically according to different situations, andthen summarizes the feasible mode on the tort committed by severalpersons without meaning connection.
