In order to bring Youth Leagueconstruction to a new stage under the influence of Party construction andto push forward the developing of Youth League construction, we musttreat “Double-Covers as the vital direction. Keeping an eye on the latestproblems of the group of youth and Communist Youth League; enrichingthe Marxism league’s notion and implementing the request of“Double-Covers” are the guarantees for dealing with the work of youth league well.In this paper, the author attempts to analyze the “Double-Covers”profoundly by theoretical analysis and practical investigate. Based on thestandpoint、view and method of Marxism, along with theoretical principleand research results of Principles of Management, organizationbehavioristic and sociology, through analyzing the summary and theproposal of the“Double-Covers”, by building the Communist YouthLeague under the instruction of “Double-Covers”, this paper attempts toreveal the panorama of the “Double-Covers”as the highest goal ofbuilding of Communist Youth League profoundly and allsidedly.
