Therefore, thearticle “Research of duty crime in financial field” focuses on duty crime infinancial field by presenting the current situation, analyzing the context,and providing a recommendation to the issue.In chapter one, the article briefly introduces and analyzes theconception, classification, and current situation of duty crime in financialfield.
