Research On Duty Crime Prevention In The Field Of Poverty Alleviation In Qiandongnan Prefecture, Guizhou Province

In order to solve the problem of the large gap between the rich and the poor,in recent years,China has invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the field of poverty alleviation and development to promote the economic development of the poor areas and improve the income level of the poor people and their living standard.The report to the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)for the first time has proposed to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and elevate this action to the height of national strategy.However,the large amount of capital investment brings a lot of problems of duty crime.As the work of poverty alleviation and development is related to the basic survival of the poor people,the prevention of job-related crimes in the field of poverty alleviation and development is extremely urgent.Since the author has working experiences in the public security bureau,the organization department and other departments,directly he contacted with such crimes.Based on the combination of work practice and professional theory,the author seriously explores the deep causes and prevention programs of job-related crimes in this field.This paper consists of six chapters,which mainly expounds the contents of four parts.The first part summarizes the characteristics of job-related crimes in the field of poverty alleviation and development on the basis of the poverty alleviation and development work in Qiandongnan prefecture,Guizhou province from 2015 to 2018.The second part elaborates the harmfulness of job-related crime in poverty alleviation and development from three aspects: economy,politics and society.The third part analyzes the causes of the frequent occurrence of job-related crimes in the field of poverty alleviation and development.The fourth part discusses countermeasures and Suggestions on preventing job-related crimes in the field of poverty alleviation and development from the aspects of introducing big data,reinforcing the application of block chain technology,improving the quality of staff,rationally allocating the management right of grassroots staff,and strengthening information disclosure and internal and external supervision.Expect to make a modest contribution to the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way and the legal system of China,and to the Chinese job crime prevention in the field of poverty alleviation and development.
