Studv On Prohibition Order In Criminal Law

Prohibition order is the first time being into criminal law by Amendment Ⅶ to the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China, and its novelty and practicality deeply attracted a large number of legal scholars. Prohibition order as an innovation of the penal system is a breakthrough in outside prison, which will play a major role. Prohibition order which attached to the control and probation will Make up the regulatory elements of the blank and improve the control system and the probation system. Hand in hand with community correction system, the prohibition order will create a new world for the socialization of China’s execution.As a new thing, prohibition order is deeply attracted many researchers and there are many papers about it. In fact, they didn’t in-depth study of it and most of them analysis for prohibition order in a particular direction, but not systematically studied. I think this is a breaking point in study of prohibition order, beginning with an overview of prohibition order, step by step analyzing all aspects about it, and then putting forward some suggestions. As an emerging system, systematic study will facilitate the later scholars to conduct further studies. Therefore, I chose systematic study of prohibition order just for playing a catalytic role in prohibition order.
