From the selection of Community Corrections in the country part of the pilot, we received good transformation effects, but also found some problems. We must establish the appropriate corrective strategy for community building and improvement to establish a sound system of Community Corrections in China. This system clearly is not a touch of maturity, but requires a relatively long process. We need to take local conditions for approval to establish the appropriate mechanisms to ensure that Community Corrections system has been properly implemented. The mode of Community Correction measures represents the trend of penalty performance at present. Stipulations of amendment to the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China provide legal basis for judicial administrative organ, and lay the important foundation for penal execution system of reformation and perfection. It marks the establishment of community correction measures in our country. As the way of the execution of criminal punishment, the community correction more and more comes to the focus in our country, but it is still in preliminary build level. There are many problems that need to be detailed deeply and located exactly.
