Study On The System Of Exemption Of Stain Witness In The Bribery Crimes

In bribery cases, the parallelism and concealment of bribery crimes make the value of applicating the system of exemption of stain witness be greater than any other case. By referring to the stain witness system of some countries and regions, and mainly using the field study of the bribery crime’s cases in China, the article analyses difficulties in gathering evidence of the bribery crime and gives proposal and suggestions to conceive building of such system in China.
