Research On The Marriage Legal System Of Russia

To introduce the marriage legal system of Russia is the original purpose of this thesis, and the author will describe systematically from the basic theory of the marriage laws of Russia, the marriage legal system, the ineffective marriage system, the divorcing legal system and so on. By taking advantage of historical investigation and summarizing study methods, this thesis will be sorted, integrated towards the large quantities of material and data, and given a systematic study and comprehensive analysis to them. Among of which, the summarized basic theories of the marriage legal system of Russia and the analysis of divorce maintenance system are essential achievement of the article. Finally, the thesis will apply the comparative analysis of the demonstration methods, combine with China’s marriage law theories, and make a contrast of two countries’marriage law. The purposes of studying this topic are to introduce the marriage legal system of Russia, and to put forward the feasible legislative proposals and ideas for how to improve our marriage legal system for the future by analyzing the marriage legal system of Russia, learning from the legislative experience, the enforcement measures and the historical lessons of it and combining with China’s basic national conditions.
