In the information age, the internet has become an important space of growth for youth. Despite the positive role of the internet one the learning, life, recreation and social involvement of youth, it has also done great harm to the mental and physical health of youth by way of harmful information or negative influencer, such as violence, pornographic content, and over-reliance on the internet. Some bad social phenomena have also begun to affect them through the internet.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part of the paper are reviewed. Mainly through the introduction of domestic and international research ethics on the network status, proposed the meaning of the uncivilized behavior of the network for young people study and the research methods covered in this article. In the second part of the paper, defines the concept of the network society, usage of contemporary young people’s network, and through the collation of the questionnaire, analysis of network impact on young people. The third part of the paper questions that the main network uncivilized behaviors of young people. And analyzes the above-mentioned various network uncivilized behavior, discussed the main problems and the causes about the problems. Part IV is the countermeasures to the uncivilized behavior of youth. The solutions made up with three aspects, that youth’s own internal training, mental health and external platforms.It focus on the issue of youth’s use of the internet, examine the situation of youth’s use of the internet and causes for that, and comes up with possible solutions and suggestions on youth’s use of the internet, such as legislation on internet use, internet ethics, internet technologies, internet management.
