Research On The Formation Mechanism And Governance Strategy Of Chinese Citizens' Uncivilized Behavior

In recent years,with the rapid development of Chinese economy and the improvement of Chinese people's living standards,the number of outbound tourists has increased rapidly.China has become the largest source of outbound tourists in the world.However,due to the uneven quality of outbound tourists,the uncivilized behavior of Chinese citizens in the outbound tourism is frequently exposed by the media,which makes it extremely urgent to regulate uncivilized outbound tourism.Based on this,this article makes a positive exploration for outbound tourism uncivilized behavior among all the related influencing factors and its mechanism of action.At the same time,combined with relevant risk coupling theory,this article also puts forward the outbound tourism uncivilized behavior formation mechanism model and proposes the corresponding management advice.The research contents of this paper are mainly reflected in the following:First of all,on the basis of the research which is the uncivilized behavior of outbound tourists,this paper further elaborates and defines the connotation of the outbound tourism uncivilized behavior.Besides,based on the domestic and overseas research results of relevant scholars,the key factors influencing the uncivilized behavior of outbound tourism are summarized.Secondly,on the basis of the key influence factors which is about the outbound tourism uncivilized behavior,this paper constructed the structural equation model of the outbound tourism uncivilized behavior factors affecting,which is based on the relevant theoretical model.Through specific data research and empirical analysis,the results show that:The four dimensions of tourists,tourism facilities,environment and social management have positive influence on the uncivilized behavior of outbound tourism.Among them,environmental factors are positively correlated to social management factors and tourist factors in the process of outbound tourism.And social management factors have significant positive influence on tourism facilities.Through the analysis of the mediating effect of environmental factors,this paper draws the conclusion that the tourist factors have some intermediary effect between the environmental factors and the uncivilized behavior of outbound tourism.Thirdly,based on the working principle of the trigger and the coupling risk,this paper constructs the outbound tourism uncivilized behavior formation mechanism model.The research results show that the governance of tourism uncivilized behavior belongs to the category of risk control,and its risk factors include four dimensions,such as tourists,tourism facilities,environment and social management.Tourism uncivilized behavior includes uncoupling risk and coupling risk,and it is mostly coupling risk.Based on this,it provides a new idea for the management of the overseas tourists uncivilized behavior and the construction of the civilized tourism guarantee system and the civilized tourism.Finally,according to the empirical research on the factors influencing behavior civilization of outbound tourism and the outbound tourism uncivilized behavior formation mechanism model,this paper puts forward the corresponding management suggestions for preventing the uncivilized behavior of outbound tourists,separately from the tourist,tourism facilities,tourism environment and social management.In order to prevent and restrain the uncivilized behaviors of Chinese citizens traveling abroad,this paper provides a new management strategy for the construction of civilized tourism guarantee system.
