The Research Of Perfecting China’s Law Of Broadcast And Television

In the1980s, our national people regard the broadcast and television as some kind of luxury. However, today the broadcast and television have become a part of our daily life, which affect our body and mind as well as statements and actions. Meanwhile, after several years’development in China, our broadcast and television industry become more and more flourishing. Whereas, when we scrutinize the back of the prosperity of our national broadcast and television industry, it is easy to find out that China’s broadcast and television industry develop in the state of chaos which give rise to our anxiety.On the one hand, numerous false informations, fake advertisings and vulgar programs congest our voice and screen world, which not only mislead our national people, but also violate our legitimate rights and interests. On the other hand, domestic broadcast and television industry are developed by respective administrative division which scarcely contact each other and only care to pursue economic benefit. In such circumstance, our broadcast and television industry develop slowly and lack international competitivenessNothing comes of nothing. Various factors cause this bad situation. But the key word is that our legal construction of broadcast and television is underdeveloped. As long as we do not have a sort of comprehensive and specialized law of broadcast and television, the development of our inland broadcast and television industry can not be accelerated.How to fix up this drawback? That is the subject of my article. According to my recent investigation, this subject have not aroused the wide concern of domestic jurists. Accordingly there are few research achievement about the perfection of China’s law of broadcast and television.Under this situation, I determine to write this thesis. My thesis will start from ascertaining the definition of " broadcast and television " and " law of broadcast and television". Afterwards, I will introduce the course of change and development of China’s law of broadcast and television briefly and figure out the crux. Finally, I will contrapose the main issue to suggest several reasonable and effective solutions.
