Independence is formed from nature and is also the balance power in nature. Thus our independence and self-decision finds justice in the process of seeking balance, which is not only the element but the driving force of peace.Lao tze’s the heaven being great, land being also great and human beings being also great, refers to the force with rule which exists in natural opposition of independence and no change, and movement and no fatigue. This kind of force with rule is a kind of fair natural power in nature, and seeks a kind of force with natural balance on basis of regarding stopping rebels and rectifying mistakes as the original power on order to realizing peace. Human goodness is just illustrated by the self-decision, which guides human beings to form society with sequence. As a result, this kind of natural goodness is absolutely distinct from the western one with humanity. China’s geographical position produces independent national feature, a feature of mutual dependence between people based on the principle of self-decision and the survival way of benefiting others through considering others and keeping badness with modesty. At last, a kind of independent and especial international social unit system in East.The enlightment that peace and no trespass is logical relation is from I ching. When human beings know about these rules, they create natural state and harmony. Water stands for highest goodness, whose natural structure decides height and lowness, cleans nasty in world and dissolves the desire in people’s hearts.Lao tze’s pacifism is to mix evil with goodness, namely splitting the sharp, and obtain the solution; mixing the light, and dust". Modesty between countries lead to the strong power being downstream and obtain things. Lao tze’s goodness applies simple moral to all kinds of rules and forms an ideal and well-ordered society of simple and naturally harmonious small country with few citizens. There exists oppositeness between peace and war. However, there is not so-called peace without war. Natural oppose, and readiness for the unhapening are important parts of Lao tze’s peace-idea, which is an announcement of victory with no war.The peaceful and traditional values of independence and self-decision is filled with the spirit of the Chinese national soul, and internal just and self-effacing virtue builds the world’s biggest natural peace force, which is shown in the Korean war.
