The Investigation Report For Allocation Of The Land Compensation Of The Tunliu Rural Areas

As everyone knows, I think the land is the important factor of the production, and it is the indispensable materials for production and living of the famers. Once the land is to levied by the country, the collective economic organizations will lost their land ownership and the famers will lost their right of use, meantime, they lost their basic living source and the realistic basis for agricultural production and construction. Then, as the representation of the public interest and the biggest beneficiary, the country should compensate for the damage of the collective economic organizations and the famers. However, our current allocation system of land compensation has much defect, so that the famers who lost their land couldn’t get the compensation; thus, there has much disputation about the allocation of land compensation. In view of this matter, the Paper, takes the TunLiu rural areas as the example, try to make an investment report for the allocation of the land compensation on the basis of previous studies, and put forward some basic ideas, in order to improve and perfect the allocation theory and system of land compensation. By drawing lessons from the developed counties and area of the allocation of the land compensation, and their advanced experience on this mater, to combine the actual problem of our county, I analysis and invest this phenomenon form the legal perspective, and I hope this will be good to the construction and the improvement of the whole allocation of the land compensation.
