Farmers as the land their basis. They have established the allocation of ruraleconomic，political governance, social attitudes and cultural practices. many of therural distribution of benefits are rooted in the land, especially in the areas where thelevel of economic development is relatively backward.If the majority of ruralwomen from the land of the fundamental, all political, economic,social and culturalrights of these will be a castle in the air. In real life, the problems of rural women’sland contract and management rights have been violated even more prominent andsevere. This issue is not only touches so much of China’s basic national policy ofgender equality is also closely related to rural women’s right to survival, developmentrights, economic rights, political rights and other basic human rights protection. In thehistorical context of building a socialist harmonious society, the protection ofwomen’s land rights have important practical significance for the construction of aharmonious socialist society, as well as the stable development of a new socialistcountryside.Previous results of human studies in this article is based on a general analysis ofthe problems of rural women to land contractual management right that is allegedlyinfringed, find out the reasons from the historical and cultural, political, legal, social and gender theory, and on how to address rural women’s land contractallegedlyinfringed the right to operate the corresponding countermeasures.In this paper a total of four parts. The first section briefly describes the researchstatus of rural women, land contract and management rights, the characteristics andsignificance of the land contract and management rights.The second part analyzes the phenomenon of rural women’s land contract andmanagement rights have been violated.
