Legal Protection Of Rural Women's Right To Land Contractual Management

The right of contracted management of land is one of the important rights of farmers in China.With the gradual realization of agricultural modernization,it is common for farmers to work in cities.Rural women gradually become the main force of agricultural production,and their dependence on land is also increasing.However,in many areas of China,many rural women's land rights and interests a re infringed by the collective economic organizations of their villages because of marriage,widowhood,villagers' autonomy and other factors.It extremely affects the life of rural women and hinders the stability and development of rural society.Due to various reasons,rural women are not only hard to have equal status with men,but also hard to get the due protection when they encounter the inf ringement of land rights and interests.Although our country's laws have clear protection for rural women's land rights and interests,due to the scarcity of land resources,the regulation of village rules and regulations,the weakness of women's legal awareness,the imperfection of laws and regulations,and the obstruction of administrative and judicial relief channels,our country's work of prot ecting rural women's land rights and interests is in a dilemma.Therefore,the protection of rural women's land rights and interests can not be underestimated,which needs us to solve.According to th e ideas of putting forward,analyzing and solving the problems,the author studies the protection of rural women's land rights and interests,and expresses his own views,hoping to help solve this pro blem.For this reason,the author starts from defining the conditions of the membership of collective economic organizations,modifying the system of land contracting subject,villagers' autonomy and the appropriate intervention of public power,analyzes the protection of women's equal land rights and interests in rural land acquisition and requisition in detail,and puts forward several suggestio ns on the construction of the protection system of rural women's land contracting and management rights in China.The protection mechanism of rural women's land rights and interests in China should fo cus on the protection of women's equal rights and interests,and form a security mechanism at different levels.First,we need to change our thinking and establish a scientific concept of equality bet ween men and women;second,we need to clearly modify the qualifications of the main body of the right to contract;third,we need to ban the village rules and regulations that conflict with the laws of our country;fourth,we need to improve the relief channels related to the land rights and interests of rural women?...
