Prosecutor charged with the prosecution of crime, the legal supervision of lawenforcement judicial activities of the judiciary, safeguard social fairness and justice of theimportant task, which requires that the Prosecutor must have a high level of legal literacy andprofessional conduct, the newly appointed prosecutors selection system of which is thedecision of the Prosecutor of the access threshold and manner, namely, how to select thequality of the best into the prosecutors selection of programs to the prosecutor team is themost important one. The selection of design science or directly related to the level of theindividual quality of the Prosecutor and the procuratorial personnel to fulfill the terms of theability and play the effect of its oversight functions.In view of the selection of the current G Province Prosecutor selection program existsprosecutors selection of the civil service selection confuse lack of related method of selection,the selection process is not designed for the professional characteristics of the Prosecutor, it isnecessary to redesign and reform the original prosecutor mode, the newly appointedprosecutor for G provincial situation and occupational characteristics Attorney selection. Thisarticle intends to prosecutors selection mechanism for G prosecutorial system is brewingreform, on the basis of fully integrated with the G Province, the political, economic, social,cultural, human resources reserves for occupational characteristics of the Prosecutor, the useof human resources management the relevant theories, especially the quality characteristicstheory, actively learn from the advanced experience of foreign prosecutors selection ofprograms and other personnel selection program, combined with the actual development ofthe G provincial prosecutor, the selection of programs, starting from the reconstruction of theaccess system of the Prosecutor, the novice on the reform of G Province Prosecutor selectionsystem for suggestions and initial program ideas, adhere to the selection of completearchitecture, the selection of the scope of expansion, diversification of selection, selectioncriteria professional, the selection principle of flexibility, the selection procedures andscientific direction, and re-define the selection authority, the selection scope and conditions ofstaff, registration and qualification exam content and methods of reform, inspection andexamination, training and practice of hiring the link of the approval and supervision and inspection, in order to take full advantage of the social laws of human resources, source ofrunning water to the prosecutor team additional highly qualified personnel, thus promotingjudicial reform process.This study will not only benefit the rich Prosecutor selection research theory, to thenewly appointed Prosecutor selection program of reform to provide a theoretical basis for theG Province, re-design of the Prosecutor selection program also has a positive reference valuefor other regions.
