Whether bona fide acquisition of real should be, debated in academic field. Since the "Property Law" promulgated, the answer has been published. I think there is no point to discuss this issue again, however, there is still some issues to be discussed, like the relations with bona fide acquisition of real and the book credibility of real estate registration%elements of the establishment of bona fide acquisition of real.There for, this article discussed about retention or abolition of bona fide acquisition of real, the main issue is the application of the real property, to limit the application as the main line,first, discussing the scope of bona fide acquisition of real,in order to know which real applicate to bona fide acquisition of real.;second, discussing established condition of bona fide acquisition of real, in order to applicable correctly; third, discussing the barriers of bona fide acquisition of real,inorder to describe correction of the registration, the objection to registration, notice of registration, registration error compensation, real estate registration of the relevant provisions on the establishment of bona fide acquisition of real;last, discussing some issues of bona fide acquisition of real in application,in order to applicable correctly.
