Since the invention of the computers, the computer and network technology have developed in an rapid speed. In the society, the network has been integrated into the every aspects of social life, and the Internet has become the indispensable part in daily life. Although the network bring about great convenience to the people’s lives, but at the same time it also creates many conditions for the new kind of forms of network crime. In recent years, more and more Internet crimes come out, yet it is also a serious threat to the security of the Internet and order. It has seriously affected the people’s normal life. The network crime also has caused the criminal law educational world attention, and many scholars begin to discuss and study the network crime about the definition, types, characteristics and jurisdiction of the beneficial.Based on the view, I discussed the network crime and criminal jurisdiction property. I will discuss it from four aspects. The first aspect is the network crime analysis of the concept, characteristic and classification, I hope that people have a pure and clear understanding to the network crime; The second aspect is the impact of the current network crime to criminal jurisdiction, and I will analyze the dilemmas of the network crimes; The third aspect is that they put forward the measures in legislation and theory to the world of the present situation of criminal jurisdiction; The last part is, according to the original practice and theory, I will make some new thinking combined with the actual conditions of our country and put forward some new effective measures.
