The convocation of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central committee of theCommunist Party of China is the basic signal that the primary stage of socialism has entered a newhistorical transition in China.The history of nation and Communist Party also call it the newperiod of the socialist revolution and construction. The transformation is that the whole societymakes the transition from originally traditional socialist mode to the mode of the socialism withChinese characteristics.The common feature of “tradition and characteristic” model is they are allinsist on the four cardinal principles.The different features is that the latter insist on takingeconomic construction as the center and comprehensively promote the cause of socialism forwardby the reform and opening up without taking class struggle as the key link which the former insiston.We can interpret from the political theory that the transformation is also the historical transitionof Deng Xiaoping Theory as the guidance of national political core.And it becomes a new periodof constructing the socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics in the post-DengXiaoping era. The sixteenth CPCNational Congress pointed out again that improve the democratic system,enrich the forms ofdemocracy and expand citizens’ orderly political participation.
