Yao's Case: The Law And Justice Value Realization Of Chinese Situation

Justice is the noble virtues and ideals of human society and the ultimate value ofthe law. Its implementation is a ubiquitous problem. The paper will explore and discussthe realization of justice of law in China both in the theory and the practice. Firstly, atypical case about Yaojiaxin is reviewed. The basic facts of the case and the court’sposition are described. Secondly, some confusion in judicial practices in China arethought about and discussed. For example, there are the conflicts between thesupervision from media, network and the court’s judgment. The concept about justice ofpublic is different from the justice of law. Independence of the judiciary and judicialrights should be considered. Thirdly, the paper puts forward some ideas to solveproblems based on the analysis above. We Hope we can achieve the purpose of justiceby cultivating people’s legal consciousness，making independence of the judiciaryperfect, constructing judicial team and reforming supervision mechanism. On this basis,we can safeguard the legal rights, interests of citizens and build a harmonious society.
