Commitment To Research The Victim

Promise of the victim as a ground for elimination of illegality, today has been a lotof national recognition. This theory fits the restraining criminal law spirit and fullyrespects the victim’s right to self-determination. Expand the promise of victim study,help to further clear the cases related to his criminal responsibility, and accurate on theconviction and sentencing. However, from the study of criminal law in China ’s presentsituation, the promise of victim exploration is not profound, both in theory and inpractice, there are further explored the research space. This article through to thecommitment of victim’s theoretical basis and elements were analyzed, and thecombination of domestic and foreign related to victim promise case processing methodof thinking, put forward some personal views, hoping to establish commitment ofvictim in Chinese criminal law, to provide some theoretical basis.
