With the development of national economy, the consumption level has beendragged up dramatically with most consumers spending great in big trade market,among which the most typical representative is realty Exchanges. Commodity house hasbecome the biggest rigid demand and the most profitable commodity as well. Muchinsecure factors have been brought about as a result of extraordinarily-active market ofcommodity house. It has become common that many commercial housing developerscheat customers by using inferior materials to maximize their profits. Meanwhile thefacts of “a room sells more”, non-franchised sellers and deliberately concealingmortgage are heading their ways in the housing market; what is worse, it is a prevailingphenomenon that housing developers illegally postpone the delivery. Consumers’ rightsare increasingly invaded in such transaction environment where housing developersseek every opportunity to get illegal profit. In this paper the content of commodityhouse business and the rights of consumers to make corresponding theoreticalinterpretation. Reveals the consumer is buying commodity house process rights in theform of damage and the reason, and in combination with the consumer protectionlegislation present situation, and seeks to the current law, the deficiencies and perfectthe deficiency of the method, in order to achieve the purpose of protecting consumers,and finally back to the consumers a safe and harmonious commodity trading market.
