Any profession has own professional characteristics of professional ethics. The judge, as a special kind of occupation, is responsible for referee case and maintaining social fairness and justice. The professional ethics plays an extremely vital role for the whole society. In the current, our country is in the huge reform period.All kinds of different ideas pour into our country, and all kinds of new social economic phenomena appear constantly. Thus on the ethical level, our current social ethical tradition and concept face huge impact. In the professional ethics, the situation performs as the repeatedly appearing anomie phenomenon of judge ethics, such as law enforcement injustice, bending law for personal gain and corruption ofjudger. Investigate its reason, on the one hand, there is really a part of judge with low quality. On the other hand, the reason lies also in the lag of the standard of current professional ethics of China. At the same time, because of the insufficient understanding about the professional ethics, it isn’t caused enough attention.
