The development of constitutional jurisprudence is not very easy. As we all know, democracy and the rule of law have closed relationship with constitutional jursprudence, the construction of constitutional government relations to democracy and the rule of law. In the modern era, it is important to govern the country by the law, at the same time, constitutional government can play a important role in the process of the country according to law. The sixteen conference of the Communist party of China has put forward the construction of socialist political civilization, while the constitutional government is important for the construction of socialism political civilization, constitutional jurisprudence must has a basic law status, which also should give full play in the practice. However, in the reality, it is hard in the process of implement about constitution; which can not effectively protect the basic civil rights, in a word, it is necessary to improve the system of constitution.This paper is divided into five parts by different methods, such as comparative analysis, empirical analysis and so on. In the first part, there have introduces about topic of aim, significance and the dynamic research between domestic and foreign. In the second part, including the basic theory of constitutional interpretation, the concepts about constitution, principles,etc. In the third part, three different constitutional interpretation systems are introduced, there have comments about them. In the fourth part, make analysis about constitution interpretation system in China, such as legislation and practice and so on. In the final part, put forward feasibility suggestion, including the selection of constution interpretation system and corresponding measures and so on.
