However, with the reform and opening up in China and themarket economy construction’s development, various social problems also becomeincreasing and sharpening, a series of social problems is happening frequently such asdistribution, employment, medical care, nursing, education, housing and relocation.The series of social problems has affected our country stable solidarity, harmony andstability, even in the goal of common development. According to these problems, inorder to ensure the sustainable development of Chinese social economy, maintainingsocial stability and harmonious, realize the goal of well-off society, Party and nationalleader emphasize that we should improve the mass work of Party to resolve socialproblems, unite people, harmonize the society, ensure common development. Theessence of ideological and political education (IPE) is the mass work, as its purpose isto publicize masses, to educate the masses, to guide masses, to promote masses.
