To eliminate monopoly and to improve the socialist market economy system are the task of the new century. This article tries to analyze the phenomenon of administrative monopoly, on the basis of administrative power from the start, administrative monopoly of the concept, characteristics, forms and explain to eliminate administrative monopoly and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. On this basis, this article clarified the administrative power to lead to administrative monopoly, as well as the hazards of lead to administrative monopoly abuse of executive power.The third part, the analysis of eliminating administrative monopoly of the relevant system. This part introduced the investigation of the status quo of China’s anti-monopoly law enforcement agencies and combined with the legislative status quo of administrative monopoly liability, and put forward the problems of administrative monopoly liability system.The fourth part, eliminate administrative monopoly strategy and choice.
