| How to increase the education of cadres’ public servant consciousness is a new task which its ideological and political work must face under current situation. Exploring the public servant consciousness of township cadres is of great theoretical significance, as well as practical significance. Theoretically speaking, this research will help broaden the study view of ideological and political education, thus enrich the theoretical arsenal of ideological and political education curriculum. Practically speaking, this research will help establish an implemented project about the public servant consciousness of township cadres that provides a certain reference value, thus can help promote the effectiveness of public servant consciousness of township cadres and ultimately enhance the governance capability of the Party.This research is combining the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. A sampling survey is conducted among township cadres in Shaoyang City by using basic theory of ideological and political education curriculum and sociological methods. We seek the factor of common problem among township cadres’consciousness and formulate corresponding measures to work out thoroughly through data statistical analysis from survey results.The thesis includes three parts:the preface, the text and the conclusion. The preface includes three chapters. Chapter one mainly reveals the necessity of enhancing township cadres’ideological education. Chapter two brief describes the basic information of investigation objects and reveals the current ideological condition of township cadres, as well as seeking the causing factor. Chapter three discusses main approaches of public servant consciousness of township cadres. This Text thinks in order to conduct township cadres’ideological education, we must make township cadres’management well, broaden the carrier of public servant consciousness education and optimize the environment of ideological education. |
