Research On The Effectiveness Of The Township Cadres Ideological And Political Education Under The New Situation

As a task of ideological and political education and cadre education, the rural cadres ideological and political education has a great significance for its effectiveness study. Huaibei City is located in the junction of Anhui, Jiangsu, Henan and Shandong provinces. As a microcosm of rural cadres ideological and political education in eastern region, or even in countrywide range, the research of Huaibei is representative.In the October 2015, the CPC Central Committee printed and distributed "Working Regulations of Cadre Education and Training". Under the new circumstances, cadre education is set an even higher demand. On the basis of reviewing literature, doing questionnaires, making interviews and discussing empirical analysis, this paper made a special study on township cadre’ ideological and political education. Firstly, in the introduction part, the author explained the significance of the subject and briefly introduced research status at home and abroad as well as the research methods in this article. In the second part, the author mainly determined some relative conceptions about rural cadre’ ideological and political education, and emphasized the important significance of rural cadre’ ideological and political education under the new situation. In the third part, the author made a realistic study of rural cadre ideological and political education’s effectiveness in Huaibei. Through doing the realistic study, the author found its problems and the main reason for these problems. In the fourth part, which is the focus of this paper, the author discussed how to enhance the effectiveness of rural cadre’s ideological and political education under the new situation. Through doing research, the author provided some methods and countermeasures to enhance township cadre’s ideological and political education on the basis of analyzing the main reason for the problem of rural cadre’s ideological and political education. The methods and countermeasures were provided by combing with the new situation, adapting to the new norm and according to the new requirements.
