Researching For The Chinese Enterprise Supplementary Old-Age Insurance

In addition based on the condition of western, the article offers suggestion from angles of government, enterprise as well as individual after further analyzing the national conditions such as economy background, institutional arrangement, policies, model choice etc.In a word, it is necessary to set up comprehensive old-age insurance system either for government or for the enterprises and individuals. Under the common efforts, we could anticipate a brilliant future supplementary old-age insurance system and people’s living comfortable.
