Research Involving A Crime Of Rural Collective Land In Inner Mongolia Xing’an League

In real life, with the rapid development of society and the disadvantage of judicature and law enforcement;, illegal requisition or occupation of land, the illegal occupation of agricultural land crime problems were more serious, and even became a growing trend. The author combining his own work experience, taking Inner Mongolia Xing’an League region as the point of view, made comprehensive analysis and demonstration of status, causes, countermeasures of rural collective land crime problems, raised awareness and perspectives.This thesis included four parts:firstly, profile of the rural collective land criminal investigation activities in Inner Mongolia Xing’an League region, this part including four items:investigation background, investigation purpose, design and process of investigation, significance of criminal investigation of rural collective land in Inner Mongolia Xing’an League; Secondly, the current situation of the rural collective land crime in Inner Mongolia Xing’an League region, this part also including four items:typical real cases involving in a crime of rural collective land, basic situation of crime involving in rural collective land, basic characteristics of crime involving in rural collective land, negative impact of the crime involving in rural collective land; Thirdly, causes analysis of the crime of rural collective land in Inner Mongolia Xing’an League region, this part including three items:natural causes, social causes and individual reasons involving in a crime of rural collective land; Fourthly, prevention countermeasures of crime involving in rural collective land in Inner Mongolia Xing’an League region, this part including two items: criminal legal aspects of prevention strategies and other aspects of prevention and control measures.This thesis took the empirical and philosophical research methods, viewing on Xing’an League as the point of view, studied on crime problems of the rural collective land, found out the basic situation of crime dealing with rural collective land, identified the reasons behind the crime of rural collective land, and proposed solutions.The author hoped that through this thesis he could modest contribution to the construction of a new socialist countryside, but also corresponded theoretical reference to resolve land conflicts and disputes in Xing’an League region.
