First, started by the types and characteristics of rural land contracting disputes, summarizedthe reasons for the dispute has arisen, mainly related to law and policy, Village Regulations andAgreements, the village collective organization and management, government guidance, etc. Second,defects in several effective ways to resolve disputes such as reconciliation, mediation, litigation,arbitration, from the law itself, the arbitration institution, its personnel and the implementation ofspecific work and the arbitration of the external environment and other aspects of a comparative analysis,come to the advantages of arbitration, at the same time, through empirical research found that thearbitration all aspects of the deficiencies in the operation of practice. The last, three proposals addressthese issues by improving the arbitration of substantive law, and improve the arbitration itself, as well asoptimize the arbitration external environment, hoping that it can play a better role of arbitration inresolving disputes of rural land contracting.
