Study On The Enterprise Morality Construction Based On The Situation Of Food Security

Food safety is the foundation of human reproduction, and related to the livelihood of average people. Recently, the emergence of a series of food safety issues caused by the weakness of enterprise morality and the inadequate of government regulation has aroused great concerns. This paper focuses on the construction of enterprise morality under the food security situation. In the first place, the construction of enterprise morality is the effective way to safeguard consumer’s physical and mental health. Meanwhile, it is the needs of improving the moral standards of the whole society and solving the problem of ethics and blood losing in enterprises. On the other hand, by raising awareness of enterprise ethics and responsibility and establishing moral models, the food security crisis may probably be solved.The thesis is divided into four parts:the first part analyzes the background of the construction of enterprise ethics under the food security situation and the positive significance of enterprise morality construction. The second part of the thesis defines the meaning of enterprise morality, do the in-depth analysis of the construction of enterprise morality on the importance of safeguarding food safety. The third part analyzes the difficulties and internal reasons of the enterprise morality construction. Part IV offering the theoretical basis for the maintenance of food safety including humane care, honest, trustworthy, uniform virtue and the rule of law principle and so on. The last part is the essence of this article, besides to adhere to the above basic principles, the association with enterprises, the government, and the whole society to make the joint efforts to build business ethics is also very important. And the guidance of both morality and the law, the moral exemplary, the use of the mess media, the establishment of monitoring system, the establishment of the enterprise "certification moral system" and moral audit system are effectively safeguard to food safety.
