Research On Legal System Of Chinese Commercial Bank’s Risk Warning

Commercial bank plays an important role in a nation’s economy. Ifthe risk of commercial bank accumulated to a certain extent, it couldcause financial crisis and ruin the economic boom over one night.Building legal system of risk warning is not only a component ofself-discipline management in a bank, but also an effective measure forbanking regulators to take functional monitoring. This kind of system actsas a sharp weapon to defense bank risk and financial crisis. Based onbank’s practical operation, China can learn from the foreign risk warningsystem and establish its own double-level and comprehensive legalsystem for commercial bank by combining the self-disciplinemanagement system of bank operational risk warning and the regulatorysystem of risk warning in banking regulators.This thesis contains introduction, main body and conclusion.
