Freedom Expression Of The Minors

The Minors are the hope of the future of every country, and the right of freedom expression of them is the core right to protect their healthy growth. However, to the limitations of their living and studying environment and their own capacity, their expressing rights was restricted by many aspects of the above factors. The meaning of the law giving everyone the rights to express the right of freedom of expression is to protect their freedom of right to express their views and ideas. The freedom of expression right should not be ignored with the reason of the obstacles met in the process of expressing rights. On the contrary, based on the purpose of guaranteeing the expressing rights from infringement and giving necessary relief, we should take an active attitude to the right of the minors’expression freedom to clear up the realistic obstacles of the right.The first part elaborated the meaning of the freedom expression of the minors which included general meaning and special provisions of the freedom. The second part discussed the value proposition of the freedom expression of the minors which would attract the attention of the people to the importance of it. The third and fourth part set forth the status of the right of the minors in our country separately. The third presented the main problems of the minors outwardly and deeply. The fourth explored the reason caused the current status from the root of restricting the development of the freedom of the minors. After the fourth part discussed in detail, the fifth part had the space of exploring the implemented mechanism of the freedom of the minors which caused by the restrictions of the freedom expression of the minors. In this part, the targeted recommendations to the protection and relief of the minors’ right were also put forward in separate.
