| Chinese football corruption case has been in the trial stage in2012. Facing the outcome of the trial, reactions of the public are different. But most think that the punishment is too light. It could not touch the root of the problem, also could not solve those problems. The reason is that there are not special legal provisions for football corruption such as "soccer fraud","gambling","black whistle" and so on in our sports law and the provisions of criminal law are not perfect. The crimes of football can not be punished properly now. The football corruptions are more and more along with the development of the economics of China. Football is just the typical. This problem exists in many sports, table tennis, badminton and so on. This thesis discusses the difficulties of punishing the match-fixing crime and the experiences of abroad and suggests establishing the crime of match-fixing. Hoping the construction of the crime of match-fixing can help solving the problems in sports field of China. |
