It is important that how to resolve education dispute in time and to counsel it properly in order to protect the legitimate interests of students, teachers and schools and it is very necessary to construct the mechanism of education dispute settlement. Owing to the particularity and the diversity of education dispute and the limitation of the only way to resolve education dispute by lawsuit,we must seek other non-litigation solutionsAccording to research into status quo, characteristics and its solving disputes requirements of primary and secondary school education dispute in HuiTong county of HuNan province,we find that influence factors about education dispute resolution options are various based on the analysis of specific and typical cases.At the same time,although it is better to solve education dispute by the education dispute alternative resolution system,more perfect system construction is very necessary because of it’s program insufficiency at present.
