The flexibility, non-mandatory and non-power of administrative guidance exactly meet our needs. It doesn’t overstep the authority of the law or hurt the market players’enthusiasm. Meanwhile, the conditions of China’s market economy make we can try administrative guidance in the price regulation.Our country lacks laws about administrative guidance. The laws of administrative guidance on the price regulation are rare. The same time, civil servants lacking the ability and the public lacking of awareness, these are restricting borrowing and administrative guidance to the effective regulation of the price. We should further improve the legislation, civil service reform to create better conditions for administrative guidance. We should clarify the price administrative legislation guiding position, and establish Council with expert appraisal system. We also need expand the way of price administrative guidance relief to create better conditions for administrative guidance.
